Στις μέρες τούτες έχουν το
πάνω χέρι τα σκύβαλα και οι ό, ποιοι
κουσουριάριδες του είδους, αφού ο αφέντης τους, τους ανέθεσε μια διατεταγμένη
υπηρεσία επίθεσης κατά της Εληνικής Κοινότητα Τορόντο και της ηγεσίας της, με
στόχο να πετύχουν κάποια σε βάρος της πρόστιμα
από την πολιτεία και απώτερο σκοπό την, έτη περεταίρω, οικονομική της εξάντληση
και την κατάρρευσή της ως οργανισμού…
Ο στόχος αυτός, εξ’ άλλου, έχει αποδειχθεί προ πολλού,
με τις διάφορες ξεδιάντροπες, θα λέγαμε,
πρωτάσεις που ο «πνευματικός παΤΕΡΑΣ»
έχει εκφράσει κατ’ επανάληψη και δημόσια.!
Και παρ’ ότι όλες αυτές οι
προσπάθειές του – από την Μενεγάκειο υπερχρέωση, ακόμα – απέτυχαν, συνεχίζει
και τις επιτείνει με τις όποιες αλλαγές προσπαθεί και κάνει, στην κλίκα του, – κάπως σαν τις αλλαγές των προπονητών σε μια
ομάδα – ώστε να πετύχει τον μεγάλο του στόχο τον οποίο έθεσε από την πρώτη
ημέρα που πάτησε το πόδι του εδώ, ως επίσκοπος Κωνσταντίας…
Η τελευταία του αλλαγή στην
Κλίκα-Ομάδα, είναι η ανάθεση στον νέο, εισαγόμενου εξ’ Ελλάδος, …προπονητή που
δεν είναι άλλος από τον «εκλεγμένο» αλλα μη εισέτι χειροτονηθέντα (λόγω
κορωνοϊού), επίσκοπο …καλαβρίας ή δεν ξέρω τι άλλο, Αλέξανδρο.…
Τον παπαλέξανδρο, όπως
θυμάστε εσείς οι λίγοι αναγνώστες μας, τον υποδεχτήκαμε με χαρά στο Τορόντο και
με όσες μπορούσαμε τιμές, ανακοινώσαμε την «εκλογή» του σε επίσκοπο, από το
σάπιο, ή σεπτό όπως λένε κάποιοι, Πατριαρχίο στο Φανάρι και περιμέναμε τις
όποιες ενέργειες ή συμπεριφορές του ώστε
να διαπιστώσουμε τη …μάρκα του καπνού που φουμάρει.!!!
Ε, για κάτι τέτοιο δεν
χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε πολύ, αφού το αφεντικό του ο Σωτήριος φρόντισε, με το
κλείσιμο της «ακαδημίας» να του αναθέσει
τη σχεδίαση όλης την μηχανορραφίας τους για την εξόντωση της Κοινότητας.
Για να μη μακρηγορούμε, όμως,
σας μεταφέρουμε αμέσως την πρώτη …μολότοφ που ως …αρχηγός της αντικοινοτικής Κλίκας,
προσπάθησε να πετάξει, αλλά έσκασε στα χέρια του.!!!
Ανέθεσε σε κάποιον υποτακτικό
του να καρφώσει την Ελληνική Κοινότητα και τους υπεύθυνους της τάξης για τον
κορωνοϊό , ότι ΔΕΝ τηρούν της εντολές της πολιτείας.
Μετά τον έλεγχο που δέχτηκε η
Κοινότητα, κατά τον οποίο βρέθηκαν όλα σωστά, ο ελεγκτής υποχρεώθηκε να
ομολογίσει ότι ο έλγχος ήταν καρφωτός, αλλά συγχρόνως να προειδοποιήσει ότι αν
συμβεί κάτποιο κρούσμα σε ενορίτη της εκκλησίας, υπεύθυνη θα είναι η Κοινότητα,
ανεξάρτητα αν το ζήτημα της Θείας Κοινωνίας και το φιλί στο χέρι του ιερέα,
είναι θέμα της Αρχιεπισκοπής.!!! έτρεξαν να πουν ότι η ηγεσία από μόνη της προέβη
στην πράξη αυτή και σαν απόδειξη κυκλοφόρησαν ένα σχόλιου του ταμία Νίκωνα
Γεωργακόπουλου το οποίο όμως απευθύνονταν στην Αρχιεπισκοπή.!!!
Βάφτησαν δηλαδή το κρέας ψάρι
και το έδωσαν στο …λαό τους να το φάει αμάσητο.! Μάλιστα κάποιοι, αρκετοί, το
έφαγαν και τώρα το αποβάλουν από το ίδιο μέρος…

Our sources in the premier's office (not Hatzis who is spreading false rumours) tell us the bishop himself sent a picture from a June 15 antipodas post showing Sotirios himself breaking his own edict and the video of the Shenanigans asking for clarification. They got it alright, multiple spoons period.

ReplyDeleteΑλλοι λένε ότι η Κοινότητα προξένησε το πρόβλημα με τη Θ.Κοινωνία και άλλοι ότι η αφορμή άρχισε από την Αρχ/πή Καναδά . Κανείς δεν μπορεί να είναι σίγουρος πως άρχισε το πρόβλημα. Ουτε ο παπά Αλέξανδρος φταίει. Αυτός δεν ανήκει στον εαυτό πλέον. Ανήκει στο Σωτήριο.
Και οι δύο όμως οργανισμοί είναι υπεύθυνοι για την ανευθυνότητα που έχουν.
Ολοι ξέρουμε τα παιχνίδια του Σωτηρίου αλλά και η Κοινότητα δεν πάει πίσω .

Μην μιλάμε για ομόνοια και ενότητα όταν εμείς δέν έχουμε, πρώτα ενότητα με τον εαυτό μας.
Φοβούμε ότι χωρίς να το κατανοούμε, προτιμούμε την "ευθανασία ".

What is the problem here exactly? Someone called in the inspectors at St. Demetrios? Ok, big deal. Did something happen? No. Everyone should abide by the laws of the land and no one will get in trouble. ReplyDeleteThe struggle with the Greek community is a convenient deflection of the archdiocese to implement a big change such as changing the administration of communion.
Lets look at the facts and you can decide for yourself
1. The province of Ontario has issued nothing in writing prohibiting our traditional approach to communion. Inside track from governments is, Archdiocese approached government with these proposed changes including new approach to communion. Government did nothing more then look at it and say "ok". Government was fine with our traditional approach with "one spoon" and made no recommendations other then mask compliance.
2. If in fact the government issued this provision why is it only targeting the Greek Orthodox faith. All other Orthodox churches are business as usual. Why would the government discriminate only against the Greek church
3. Archbishop has been pushing multiple spoon agenda way before covid
4. Archdiocese released no encyclical. Nothing in writing
5. All communities and jurisdictions outside the City of Toronto have written consent from municipal health agencies to continue to administer communion as we always have. I believe local regions supersede provincial recommendation
We need to stand up and fight for the sanctity our faith. Stop Satan's works.

As a concerned parishioner I was very troubled with what transpired today and am fearful of possible damage to our faith. Maybe I'm wrong and this is all just a lot of noise and nothing happens and we go on as usual.
@9:54 - For now all that we have is the Municipality and its By Laws. If the parishioner seeks to challenge the legitimacy of the City it must take its case to the Superior Court. The province has not issued a particular doctrine insofar as the churches for Toronto; that's the City's job.

This is not a monarchist rule involving the Archbishop as God. And, if he plays God, then he shall be punished both at law and by the powers that be. What are we to be decrying what the actions of the people are? Stupid. We are stupid if we judge and if we condemn and if we critique. What a waste of time. Live your lives. do you have faith? Bravo. The Community prior to the current administration was able to get along with the Church; suddenly, atheists entered and the result is that there is hatred. Evil. Despicable commentary, judgment, and opinion.
There was nothing wrong here. Suddenly the community board decided to make a scandal. Don't they pay attention to how the fluidity of the situation and ever evolving rules and by-laws are catching even other political layers by surprise? You expect the Bishop to know what he is doing when our own PM Trudeau does not know what he is doing as a leader?
The Archdiocese is a regulator of priests just as any other profession is. Accountants, Engineers, Lawyers, Doctors. It regulates the conduct of those individuals licensed under the auspices of its license. Nothing further. IF the Greek Community of Toronto Board Members are too incompetent to follow basic By-Laws and Orders of the City of Toronto under which their Corporation is governed, then they are useless and a vote of no confidence ought to be held to remove them as they are simply too ignorant to follow basic laws. Their authority is the four churches. They ought to direct their fellowship, including the priests under their umbrella as to the By-Laws and what is and what is not allowed under their "roof". The City of Toronto was clear that communion was banned - so you are incorrect to state that there is some vendetta against the Greek Orthodox faith and not the other churches. Conjecture leads to hate and you do a disservice to the faithful by peddling evil antics and false statements.

Archdiocease knows the Province has indeed issued a directive for all churches to suspend communion. Too many back door dealings.
Delete@12:20 a.m. What transpired today by the folks screaming in church was the epitome of what you would have seen in the hot inferno of hell. People complain when there is no communion; then they complain when there is; and yet, they lack the faith to move with a mustard seed the mountain as Christ stated. The hypocricy is apparent; don't be governed by the hypocricy of people who don't even understand what it means to be pliant in the particular times. Their faith is not lost if the government does not allow them to share a spoon in communion; they should be thankful that they are still able to take communion; Christ did not have the choice to not be crucified. But we have been given the choice to take communion and believe in its gift, even if we use our own separate spoon. Believe in the miracle of the communion and need yourself not worry about whether it is a separate spoon or not- that was not Christ's point. Whoever does not get that needs to re-read the Bible.

ReplyDeleteMost communities outside City of Toronto have approval and some written and signed letters from local health authorities (which supersede provincial directives) to conduct liturgy as long as there is compliance social distancing and now masks.
Furthermore no other Orthodox churches (Coptic, Russian , Antioch) were directed by gov to change their practices. They all delivered communion as usual.
This potentially signals a change in our church which may where there no turning back. Moving forward what does a baptism look like ? full out PPE for priest (gloves, masks etc.), holy unction, Weddings and list goes on. We may not recognize our faith in coming years.
