Γιατί ανάγκασες σε παραίτηση, σύσωμο το Δ. Συμβούλιο;

Ο συνήγορος του συμβουλίου της ενορίας της Αγ. Τριάδος, έστειλε κοινή επιστολή όλων των συμβούλων, στον Αρχιεπίσκοπο Σωτήριο, παραιτούμενο από τη θέση του, στις αρχές του Καλοκαιριού, περίπου, λόγω των επανειλημμένων ψέφτικων υποσχέσεων και της ανάρμοστης συμπεριφοράς του προς αυτούς, ή καλύτερα προς αυτές, αφού λέγεται ότι είναι όλες γυναίκες, πιστεύω.
(Τελικά την «επανάσταση» που θα έκαναν οι φιλπφτωχήνες της Πρόνοιας, την κανουν, ουσιαστικά οι κυρίες της Αγ. Τριάδας, με την ελπίδα ότι θα βρούν συμπαράσταση από ανθρώπους που ξέρουν και φυσικά από τους ουσιαστικούς πιστούς που την έχτισαν, ώστε να αντέξουν και να διατηρήσουν την εκκλησία τους...Έτσι, τώρα, δεν υπάρχει κανείς,
εκλεγμένος λαϊκός
για να διευθύνει την εκκλησία του, αφού Σωτήριος και ...Αρχιεπισκοπή (;)
κατέχει αυτήν την εκκλησία. Τους ντρόπιασε δημόσια, στις αρχές του Καλοκαιριού,
από το θρόνο του, όταν πήγε εκεί λέγοντάς τους ότι αν μετανοήσουν και ζητήσουν
συγχώρεση θα τους συγχωρήσει, και μπορούν να επιστρέψουν στις θέσεις τους, στο ενοριακό
Δ. Συμβούλιο.
Η τακτική της μετάνοιας, όμως, δεν
λειτούργησε ώστε οι παραιτηθέντες να μην υποκύψουν και να μην υπάρχει ακόμα,
έστω και τυπικά, - ή για τα μάτια του κόσμου - ενοριακό συμβούλιο. Διότι, στην
ουσία, ο συνταξιούχος γέροντας εφημέριος του ναού, είναι σε αρκετά καλή
κατάσταση, ώστε να διοικεί με τους καντιλαναύτες και κάποιους πιστούς που
εκκλησιάζονται και σβύνουν συγχρώνος τα κεριά και τα καντίλια.!!!
Οταν έχεις έναν καλό, ...νεαρό, συνταξιούχο πριν πολλά χρόνια, ιερατικώς προϊστάμενο, σε μιά εκκλησία την οποία έχτισαν οι πιστοί, με χίλιους δυο κόπους και προσπάθειες και την οποία τους την έφαγες μέσα από τα χέρια τους, γιατί να δώσεις λογαριασμό στο ό,ποιο Δ. Συνβούλιο; Ειδικά όταν απαρτίζεται μόνον από γυναίκες τις οποίες νομίζει ότι μπορεί να κάνει ό,τι θέλει, ο γέροντας ιερέας, ο παπα-Αέρας, (ή όπως αλλιώς λέγεται) ο οποίος είχε δάσκαλό του, τον συμπτριώτη του, τον παπα-φίλιππα; Ρε συ Αντίποδα και ΑΝ ακόμα θέλει κάποιος απ' αυτούς, να γίνει καλός και σοβαρός κληρικός, είναι δυνατό να του το επιτρέψει ο Σωτήριος και οι παρατρεχάμενοί του; Αφού δεν έμαθαν ποτέ τη λέξη σοβαρότητα, ή αν την ήξεραν από τους γονείς τους, την πρώτη που ξέχασαν ήταν αυτή η ...κακιά, για ιερέα λέξη, σοβαρότητα... Τι θές τώρα και το ψάχνεις;
ReplyDeleteΕίναι το τελευταίο κόλπο της Σωτηρίας, να δίνει αξία και αξιώματα στις γυναίκες των εκκλησιών, όπως έκανε με την Μέρκελ, διότι τις κουμαντάρει καλύτερα και ευκολότερα. Δεν είδες τι έγινε τελικά με τις φιλοπτωχες της Πρόνιας, τις οποίες συγχώρεσε, αφού τους τα πήρε όλα και τώρα της έβαλε να διοικούν ουσιαστικά τις 4 εκκλησίες, μοιράζοντας τες κάθε τόσο βραβεία και επαίνους, για να του κάνουν κωλοτούμπες και να καμαρώνουν από πάνω για την κατάντια τους!!! Πάντως, μπράβο στις κυρίες της Αγίας Τριάδδος που του αντιστέκονται όσο μπορούν. Ελπίζω κάποιος να μας πει περισσότερα για την υπόθεση.....
ReplyDeleteAgia Triada has had so many temporary priests that l’ve lost count. It’s a revolving door of priests. You can’t maintain a church or expect people to stay when Sotirios has changed priests multiple times in just one year alone. The Archdiocese owns Agia Triada and doesn’t care about it and Sotirios just threatens to sell it.
ReplyDeleteWhen Sotirios ordained Fr Evan at Agia Triada he told everyone from the pulpit that he would have him stay for 2 years until he finished his bachelors degree (why he was even ordained before completing his studies is insanity for another time). They thought finally we can have one priest for 2 years straight. And 6 months later Sotirios transferred Fr Evan to St Nick’s and didn’t care when the parish council tried to speak with him about it.
What’s sad about this particular parish council resigning en masse is not that they were all women (there were a few men on it) it’s that they were ALL young professional adults. That’s rare in our churches to see a parish council run by all young professional adults, the president was female which is also rare in our churches too.
Those young adults during the pandemic stripped the floors and sanded the benches and painted the entire church and got new furniture for the basement hall and had an iconographer paint the entire inside of the altar which was bare and had iconography done around the church. They quietly secured monetary donations for the iconography etc. The transformation at Agia Triada wasn’t because of the revolving door of priests, it was because all the young adults in the church got together with their families and friends and transformed a church that was falling apart when all the churches were closed during the pandemic. While most churches did absolutely nothing during the pandemic, Agia Triada’s parish council did absolutely everything they could.
And most importantly, they didn’t brag about what they did, they didn’t even post photos on their social media accounts about what they did, they didn’t post before and after photos, they didn’t even tell people what they were doing. They did it with love for God’s house. They did the complete opposite of what Fr Fanfare Fanourios did at Metamorphosis. Fanourios didn’t pay a cent for the work done in the church but acted like he did. He didn’t physically do any of the work either but acted like he did. He took private donors money to make himself look good after a very embarrassing period of being kicked out of St Nicks and then being kicked out of the monastery, and for good reasons. It’s sad when a group of young professionals behave as Christians far more than a priest who is supposed to lead by example. And make no mistake those donors for Metamorphosis have commented on how Fr Fanourios acts like he did it all by himself and that no one else did anything.
Sotirios publicly and repeatedly lied to a group of young professional adults who spent days and nights during the pandemic to fix the church with their own hands. And then publicly shamed them in front of everyone from the throne on two separate days because they said no more lies, no more games, no more threats. That is exactly who Archbishop Sotirios is. Αχάριστος.
I heard the council is coming back, or at least the ladies in the Phyloptochos, is that true? Any update if a new priest will come here? It's sad whats happening to this small church
