What is the definition of “active” members? Wouldn’t it be to anyone who is a member in good standing (fully paid membership)?
ReplyDeleteOne can get or renew their membership the day of the meeting and will be able to participate. To be able to vote for the elections December 12, you must have been a good standing member for 3 months (since August 12)
DeleteAs per the GCT Bylaws to change anything substantial a special AGM needs to be called to vote on items in that agenda. That cannot be done at this AGM which is more or less an information session.
ReplyDeleteWill whatever was agreed upon by the GCT and Sotirios be an Agenda item so the membership is updated? And will anything written be provided to members?
