Bishop Iakovos is persona non grata in the church now. No hiearch will take him because of what he's done and what an arrogant asshole he is. Not even the Archbishop of Crete will take him which is where he came from to begin with. He's a floater now, he belongs to no Diocese and no one wants to take him as an auxiliary bishop, not even those who are part of the gay mafia which Iakovos is also part of or those tied to the Masons which Iakovos has been part of from before he came to Canada.
To say Iakovos left Canada is comical. While I am no fan of Sotirios, I do
commend him for brilliantly taking out Iakovos. He did the people, priests and
the church in Canada a favour and did a favour to the next Archbishop who would
have had to remove him from Canada anyway.
Also, Bishop Bartholomew (Nektarios) came back to Canada last month and is
still here serving in the churches in Quebec and has no return ticket back to
Greece booked yet. Interesting how he came back when Iakovos left.
Also, let’s not forget the entire board of the Montreal Greek Community quit in
December because of Iakovos threatening them, verbally abusing them, swearing
at them in front of the community. That 5 sentence letter posted is from
Iakovos buddy who took over when the board quit. So that's not saying much.
Iakovos desperately wanted to become a Bishop and Archbishop of Canada and he
was so delusional that for the last number of years he told everyone around the
world that he will be the next Archbishop of Canada, including monks on Mount
Athos. Bishop Iakocos blew up his life in less than three years. He got what he
deserved after how he treated the priests, the faithful, the Greek community,
the nuns, the presvyteres, altar boys, the hierarchy.
And Bishop Iakovos we’d like the $30,000 you stole from the Philoptochos back.
When Iakovos was younger, he had a spiritual father/priest known by everyone around the world to be a Mason. And there was another guy who now works for the Patriarch of Alexandria--who is well known as a Mason too. The 3 of them were inseparable back in the day, and everyone knew they were Masons, which is why when Iakovos and his friend tried to be ordained as priests in Germany the Metropolitan Augustinos (who is the same one today) would not allow them to be ordained under his diocese. So they had to go to Greece and that's where Iakovos was ordained a priest. He didn't come to Canada clean and then was corrupted by Sotirios, which some people say, he came to Canada as a mason something Sotirios knew when he brought him. Where Sotirios is to blame when it comes to Iakovos is that he knew he had severe anger issues and that his only goal was to become a Bishop and take over Canada. Those who desperately want the position are the ones who least deserve it.

Did Iakovos really think he could take off to Greece for a 2nd time for over 3 months with no repercussions? So Sotirios destroyed him with a single letter.

As for Bishop Iakovos, Met Augustinos openly tells hierarchs and those around him why he refused to permit him to be ordained in his diocese of Germany.
DeleteFor a Metropolitan or Archbishop to deny the ordination to the priesthood does not happen often. In fact you need to file documentation as to why to close the file of the papers filed to be ordained. That documentation regarding Bishop Iakovos made its way to the Phanar—it’s because Iakovos is a Mason. His Mason spiritual father was not permitted to serve in Germany. That’s why they went back to Greece.
This all resurfaced recently because of the trouble Iakovos caused in Europe which was brought to the Patriarchal Synod for discussion. It’s very rare for a junior Bishop to be discussed at such a meeting. That shows the severity of the situation.

Is the lavender mafia real, sadly yes. Are there some useless people at the Phanar, absolutely. That doesn’t change the fact that Metropolitan Augostinos is one of the good hiearchs the church has. And he spared Germany by kicking him out just like Sotirios spared Canada by kicking him out too.
Oh and if Iakovos is so amazing why doesn’t he have a posting? You either have a posting or you’re deemed retired or you’re a problematic hierarch who has no job. Why won’t anyone take him, not even his gay mafia buddies.

Ο Σωτήριος δημιούργησε το πρόβλημα και δική του ευθύνη ήταν, και κατὀπιν εμφανίστηκε σαν σωτήρας να δώσει την λύση του και να προσφέρει ΑΝΑΚΟΥΦΙΣΗ στους θεατές και «φιλάθλους» της μιας πλευράς. Και από πίσω ο μεγαλο-ΠΑΡΑΓΩΝ Δρ. πρόεδρος ρίχνει ιερό λαδάκι στην φωτιά. Για τον Γερμανίας, συμφωνούμε στο να διαφωνούμε και ας μην ανατρέξω στο αρχείο μου για αποδείξεις. Το πρόβλημα δεν είναι μόνον ο Γερμανίας και οι όμοιοι αυτού. Η ρίζα του κακού είναι ο σημερινός «Πάπας» του εσβεσμένου φαναρίου ο οποίος έχει ξεπεράσει σε κακία και αποδομητικές κατά της εκκλησίας ενέργειες κάθε έναν από τους προηγούμενους καταστροφείς ελευθεροτέκτονες Πατριάρχες του 20ου αιώνα (Μεταξάκης, Αθηναγόρας). Ο έμμεσος ισχυρισμός ότι, το φανάρι αντιτίθεται στους κληρικούς που είναι μέλη διαφόρων μασονικών στοών, δεν είναι πιστευτός ούτε από πρωτοετείς φοιτητές θεολογικών σχολών. Το να πείς ότι υπάρχουν μόνο «μερικοί άχρηστοι άνθρωποι στο φανάρι» αποτελεἰ υποτιμημένη αξιολόγηση της πραγματικότητας. Εάν ήταν τόσο λίγοι σε αριθμό, δεν θα είχαμε λόγο, χρόνο και διάθεση να διαβάζουμε για τα κατορθώματά τους και να σχολιάζουμε στις αναρτήσεις του ταπεινού αντίποδα. Η τέχνη της ΕΞΑΠΑΤΗΣΗΣ είναι μέσα στο ρόλο της επιβίωσης και ανάδειξης των μελών του σημερινού κλήρου.
DeleteΑγαπητέ Μίστερ 11:56, το Δέμβριο δεν παραιτήθηκε το Συνβούλιο αλλά ή ομάδα της αντιπολίτευσης, η οποία δεν μπορούσε να κάνει το πρόγραμά της και να παραδώσει την Κοινότητα στον Ιάκωβο, ο οποίος τελικά δεν τα κατάφερε και γιαυτό τώρα τρώει το κεφάλι του, ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος. Αλλά τι τα γράφω όλα αυτά, αφου δεν ξέρεις τα βασικά. Καλή συνέχεια στο έργο σας!

When he’s the same guy who went to the Patriarchate without Archbishop Sotirios’ blessing and shit talked him to Patriarch Bartholomew and Met Emmanual of Chalcedon (the #2). The hypocrisy of Iakovos is laughable. And then, when the Patriarch called Sotirios to let him know what he did, Sotirios confronted Iakovos when he was back in Canada and he lied to his face saying he never said anything negative about him and that the Patriarch was lying. Who's advising this guy?

DeleteYa Bishop Iakovos has nowhere to go. He's hanging out in Greece with no Metropolis. He told people he was going to stay in Canada until the end of the year even though he was officially released in April from our Archdiocese. Sotirios surprisingly made the right call and gave him until this month to leave and now he's finally gone. Clergy in Quebec can breathe again.

DeleteBishop Bart is back. You can see videos and photos of him on Facebook serving in church. He said he's staying here for half the year and then the other half (when it's cold) he will go to Greece. So while he's listed as retired with the Phanar it's more like he's now semi-retired since he's working. I thought he was friends with Bishop Iakovos but he arrived when Sotirios told him that Iakovos is no longer part of the Archdiocese of Canada. Bart’s also been telling people that Iakovos has a bad reputation in Greece and he was better off doing a metanoia strato to Sotirios so he could stay. You know things are really bad when begging Sotirios out of all people for forgiveness is your best option χαχαχαχαχαχαχ

Επίσκοποι πάνε και έρχονται στην Ελλάδα και ποιος ξέρει πού αλλού, άλλος μένει έξω κι' άλλος έρχεται, τώρα επιστρέφει ο άσωτος υιός Βαθρολομαίος και την κοπανάει ή διώχνουν τον Ιάκωβο και ένας Θεός ξέρει τι έχει στο πρόγραμμά του ο Σωτήριος με το καλό παιδί του τον Αθηναγόρα τον Σαλμά. In March Sotirios sent him a letter saying he is no longer the Vicar for Ontario and western Canada or the manager of the Archdiocese office. Just the Dean of the Academy. And then he called the Phanar and complained to Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon. But a little while ago sotirios and athenagoras did make up and they both did metanois asking for forgiveness. That might be the first time Sotirios every did a metanoia to anyone who works for him. But desperate times call for desperate measures. Sotirios can’t afford to lose his Dean, that would be his 4th one in 7 years.
DeleteIt wouldn’t have mattered if bishop Iakovos begged and cried for forgiveness from Sotirios. There’s no scenario where any boss would take someone back after the stunt he pulled at the Phanar. It’s the same reason no one else will take Iakovos because if you did it to the only guy who made you a bishop why wouldn’t you do the same to your next boss?
